Chicken and Vegetable Mix

5 cups of water

1 pound of chicken

3 cups of rice

1 cup of chopped beans

1 cup of chopped carrots

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

How to prepare

1. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until it is soft

2. Add the rice, chicken and water to a big pot and bring to boil

3. Cook until the rice is tender

5. Cool before serving

1 pound of beef

1 cup of chopped beans

How to prepare

1. Cut the beef into small sized chunks

1 potato

1 cup of diced carrots

1 cup of diced beans

1/2 cup of flour

Oil for frying

How to prepare

1. Cook the potatoes in a microwave for few minutes until tender

3. Cook these pieces in oil for at least 15 minutes till soft

4. Remove the meat from the pan

1/2 cup plain, non-fat yogurt

1/2 cup of strawberries, diced

1/2 cup of blueberries, diced
